Every recruitment site you visit will tell you that their agency is unique.  They understand your needs on a deep level and work harder than the competition to get the results that you deserve.  Although we are extremely confident in our ability to make you more profitable by getting the right people in to your business, we think you will see the sales pitch coming a mile off.  

All we can do is to ask you to see for yourself.  Call us and ask a few difficult questions.  Meet us face to face and see for yourself if we are capable of asking the kind of questions that will really allow you and us to find the best person to drive your business forward. It is not easy to recruit well and the difference between getting it right or wrong is immense.

A Very Brief History...

Agency Personnel is owned and run by Pete Freeman who, along with his brother,  carried out a Management Buy In of the RSI Group in 1999.   We recruit for Industrial and Commercial positions on a both a Temporary and Pemanent basis throughout the Midlands.  Agency Personnel is part of the Clear Thinking Recruitment Group.
